Jalandhar, 19 July 2026 – The DANTUM PACT Badminton Tournament 2026 for all PACT members was organized successfully today at Eco Sports School, 66 Feet Road, Jalandhar.
The tournament was organized by JCDA – Jalandhar Computer Dealers Association under the banner of PACT – Punjab Association of Computer Traders, with the support of DANTUM Company.
Participation
A total of 22 teams from across Punjab participated in the tournament. Teams from Jalandhar, Ludhiana, Hoshiarpur, Amritsar, Pathankot, Patiala, Sangrur, and Gurdaspur took part.
Approximately 80+ members from all over Punjab participated in the event.
Tournament Highlights
After a series of qualifying matches, the Semi-Final was played between teams from Jalandhar and Ludhiana in the doubles category.
In the Final Match, the Ludhiana team represented by Vikram & Sudhir competed against the Jalandhar team of Aakash Chauhan & Sunil Kumar.
After a tough and exciting contest, the Jalandhar team – Aakash Chauhan & Sunil Kumar – emerged as the Winners.
Dignitaries Present
The event was graced by Mr. Rahul Garg, President PACT, Sangrur, Mr. Gurpreet Sunny, Chairman PACT, along with Presidents and Executive Members of all District Associations.
From DANTUM, Mr. Naresh and Mr. Pradeep were also present at the event.
Organizing Committee
The tournament was managed by the JCDA team led by Mr. Supreet Singh, President JCDA and Mr. Shyamal Gupta, Vice President JCDA.
Mr. Rajiv Khanna, Chairman JCDA, along with Mr. Satish Saini, Mr. Paras, Mr. Mohit, and Mr. Gaurav, played a key role in the overall management and smooth conduct of the games.
The event concluded on a high note with great sportsmanship and enthusiasm from all participants.
