Bikaner Computer Trade Association and Welfare Trust successfully organize another cricket cup
January, 2024: A two-day cricket tournament was organized by Bikaner Computer Trade Association and Welfare Trust in which 6 matches were held between 10 teams from 6-7 January, 2024 at Sadul Club Ground, Bikaner. To inaugurate the cricket tournament, the first ever woman mayor of Bikaner, Smt. Sushila Kanwar Rajpurohit was the special guest and was part of the light lamping ceremony followed by Ganesh puja. Smt. Rajpurohit was given a grand welcome with garlands and traditional turban. The first match took place between Dell and DI, The second match took place between D-Link and Logibird. The third match was between Netgear and Geonix. The fourth match was between Finger and Geonix followed by a fifth match between CP Plus and NPAV.
5 teams (Dell, D-Link, Geonix, Finger, CP Plus) reached the semi-finals. Fingers was the winning team and Dell was the runner up team. President Nishant Pareek congratulated both the teams. Rakesh Swami, Vijay Tated, Mohit Puglia, Rakesh Singi, Vikas Panwar, Yogesh Jha, Girdhari, Pawan Surana, Rohit Bothra, Manish Singhal etc. contributed in this tournament from BCTA. All IT dealers were present in the two-day cricket cup. This year tournament was sponsored by Canon and Co-sponsored by Daichi. Amongst other sponsors were brands like Konica Minolta, Pantum, Net Protector, KAPS, D-Link etc.
