5 years ago, Some computer/IT professional friends from Ludhiana took up social service work / Sewa karya and the organization For the Humanity was established.Its members started donating blood whenever needed in hospitals.Then, in an organized and planned manner, this organization continuously did social service like blood donation, langar on Veer Bal Diwas and Shivratri, door to door environment awareness campaign, plantation drive etc.During the days of Covid, For The Humanity group in collaboration with service-oriented organizations of the society did valuable social work . Members of group helped in COVID quarantine centre-hospital, vaccination camp, Covid testing camp, distribution of masks, blood donation camp etc. After 5 years For The Humanity is moving forward as a blood donation organization.On 11 May 2024, the first blood donation camp was organized at Malwa Khalsa Senior Secondary School.It also conducted blood group test, BP test, blood sugar test, in which Ankur Gupta DK IT Services had appreciable contribution.More than 100 units of blood were donated in this camp organized with the support of ACE Computer Association and ASSP cctv association.The most commendable step was taken by Malwa Khalsa Senior Secondary School, Model Gram , Ludhiana who encouraged our work and allowed the camp in their premises and also sent their NCC volunteers to assist in the camp. For The Humanity heartly thanks all the members of the Scholl Management and both Associations and hope that their support in future will further strengthen the social service work for the society.Varun Grover, Saurabh Arora, Sandeep Wadhwa, Mani Saggu, Amit Gaba, Bharti Sood, Harvinder Singh, Ram Arora, Ajay Shaili, Sachin Gupta, Vivek Verma, Gaurav Sharma, Raghu Sharma Yashdeep Puri, Gopal Sharma, Kulwant Singh, Amar Kumar etc. participated on behalf of For the Humanity.
