March, 2025: Like every year, this year also CCMDA organized a grand state level cricket tournament on 9th February, 2025 at WRS Railway Ground in which mainly 10 teams participated. The main sponsor of the event was CCMDA itself and Asrock got the pride of being the co-sponsor.
Powered by Zebion, Cosmicbyte, Starlite, Ant esports, Frontech, Computer Junction and MN Infotech got the opportunity to participate. Excellent refreshments were arranged by CCMDA for the whole day, 450 partners from all over the state enjoyed it with their presence throughout the day.
The first match started at 7.30 am which was played between Team Digisol and Team Savex in which Savex won the toss and decided to field first. Batting first, Digisol set a target of 115 runs in response to which Savex could score only 106 runs in the stipulated 12 overs and Digisol won the match by 9 runs. Pradeep Sahu of Tirupati Computer was the man of the match. 2nd match was played between HP Consumer and RP Tech. In which RP Tech won the toss and decided to field first, while batting first HP Consumer set a target of 128 runs which RP Tech chased in 10.3 overs and became the winner of this match, the man of the match of this match was Jitendra Kumar, Toshiba Computer from Sarangarh.
The third match was played between HP Commercial and Zebronics Bilaspur, in which Zebronics Bilaspur won the toss and decided to field first, while batting first HP Commercial gave a target of 119 runs to Zebronics Bilaspur, chasing which they achieved the target and thus the match went in the bag of HP Commercial, its man of the match was Surya Sharma from Shri Ram Computer.
Fourth match was played between Zebronics Raipur and Consistent. Consistent won the toss and decided to field first. Zebronics scored 137 runs in the stipulated 12 overs. Chasing this target, Consistent achieved this target in a thrilling match in 11.5 overs. Lokesh Deep was the man of the match of this match.
5th match was played between Team ViewSonic and Team Hynet. ViewSonic won the toss and decided to field first. While batting first, Hynet scored a huge score of 135 runs, in response to which ViewSonic could score only 103 runs and the man of the match of this match was Imran Khan from Priyanka Computer.
1st semi-final was played between HP Commercial and RP Tech. RP Tech won the toss and decided to field first. While batting first, HP Commercial scored 90 runs, in response to which RP Tech could score only 78 runs and in this way HP Commercial won the first semi-final.
2nd semi-final was played between Hynet and Digisol. In this match, after winning the toss, Hynet decided to bat first and scored a huge total of 117 runs in the stipulated 10 overs. In reply, Digisol could score only 87 runs and Hynet registered a victory by a brilliant 30 runs. Imran was the man of the match this time too with his brilliant performance.
The Final was played between HP Commercial and Hynet. They decided to bat first. In their stipulated 10 overs, they were able to score only 74 runs, which HP Commercial achieved in just 5 overs and became the winner of this year’s CCMDA cricket tournament. Rishi from Shri Ram Computer was the man of the match in the final.
This way, the tournament ended with great joy and enthusiasm. All the people who came enjoyed a lot. Representatives of many companies including President Avinash Makhija, Secretary Santosh Ghidwani, Treasurer Manish Sindhi and main members of the sports committee. While congratulating Deepak Golchha, Ravi Wadhwani and Ashish Sharma, he suggested them to continue organizing such programs and also assured them that he will also register his participation in the upcoming programs.
