The Bhoj Information Technology & Office Automation Dealers Association, Bhopal (BITOAA), renowned for its commitment to social responsibility and IT advancement, successfully hosted its 16th Annual Get-Together at Rajpal Mayuri Greenwood Garden, Bhadbhada Road. With an impressive turnout of around 500 members and their families, the event underscored BITOAA’s dedication to building a sense of community while supporting causes like women’s empowerment and education.
This year’s gathering celebrated BITOAA’s 18-year legacy of fostering professional and social connections among its members. The event featured a wide array of family-oriented activities, including colorful programs for children who showcased their talents across various competitions. A highlight of the day was the “Mr. and Mrs. BITOAA” contest, where Mr. Ashok Gautam and his wife were honored with awards, adding a memorable personal touch to the occasion.
BITOAA’s commitment to social causes was evident, as a special segment focused on women’s empowerment, honoring the contributions of women in the community. Additionally, in recognition of the association’s commitment to nurturing the next generation, awards were presented to outstanding students from member families, acknowledging their academic and extracurricular achievements over the past year.
The event was organized under the leadership of BITOAA’s executive committee, including President Lalit Jain, Secretary Dhirendra Patel, Vice President Nasir Khan, Treasurer Bunty Gaur, and Joint Secretary Mushtaq Khan, along with core team members Anil Singhal, Rakesh Srivastava, Bhupendra Gaur, Sandeep Baber, Vinod Patel, and Media Coordinator Ajay Meena.
